With a strong foundational background rooted in both instructional coaching and school-based administration, Jeniva brings a unique blend of pedagogical expertise and strategic leadership to her work.
She thrives on building robust organizational systems that foster structural alignment, streamline operations, and ensure clear, impactful messaging across all stakeholders. Known for her relational approach, Jeniva excels at cultivating strong, trust-based partnerships. She possesses a keen ability to reverse-engineer complex organizational goals, backwards-planning large-scale initiatives and breaking them down into highly manageable, actionable steps.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Jeniva enjoys spending quality time with her family and her adorable hop-along dog, Gracie.
Katie Madigan
Katie Madigan is a veteran educator and instructional leader with 25+ years of experience as a teacher, principal, district leader, and consultant across elementary and secondary settings. She has led large-scale initiatives in instructional improvement, curriculum implementation, collaborative team development, professional learning, and systems alignment, always centered on ensuring every student has access to high-quality learning.
Known for building trust and genuine thought partnership, Katie works alongside leaders and educators to clarify vision, strengthen practice, and turn ideas into action. She believes the strongest growth happens when people learn, reflect, and solve problems together.
Outside of work, Katie enjoys swimming, time with her husband and three grown sons, and being outdoors with her dogs, Allie and Luca — bringing the same energy, curiosity, and joy to her personal life as she does to her work with schools and educators.
